Day 1: Rhino Trekking & Murchison Falls
Your safari begins with a journey north to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a conservation success story where white rhinos can be tracked on foot with expert guides.
Continue to Murchison Falls, where the Nile forces itself through a narrow gorge before opening into the park's broad savannah country.

Day 2: Sunrise Safari & Savannah Wildlife

After time back at the lodge, head out for an afternoon game drive as the light softens. Your scheduled Nile boat safari is on Day 3.

Day 3: Nile River Boat Safari & Sunset at Murchison
Enjoy a slower morning before a boat safari along the River Nile toward the base of Murchison Falls, watching hippos, crocodiles, elephants and colorful birds along the banks.
End the day with a sunset view at the falls or back at your lodge, with time for quiet photography and unhurried couple moments.

Day 4: Journey to Fort Portal & Crater Lake Exploration
Depart Murchison Falls and travel southwest through countryside, trading dry savannah for rolling green hills, tea plantations and views toward the Rwenzori Mountains.
Settle into your lodge in the Fort Portal / Kibale area. Crater-lake viewpoints and a short walk can be fitted around your arrival time after this longer transfer.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest
Enter Kibale Forest for a primate-focused day. After briefing, trek into the rainforest in search of wild chimpanzees feeding, grooming, calling and moving through the canopy.
Later, relax at your lodge or request an optional community walk to explore local food traditions and daily life. Any extra activity is confirmed and priced in your proposal.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, enjoy a final Bigodi Wetland or forest-edge experience, then drive south toward Queen Elizabeth National Park through crater lakes, rural villages and the Rwenzori foothills.
Arrive for lunch or afternoon relaxation before a first game-drive window across the Kasenyi plains if timing allows.

Day 7: Game Drives, Kazinga Cruise & Night Safari
Spend a full day exploring Queen Elizabeth National Park, starting with an early game drive through the Kasenyi plains in search of elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kob, lions and other wildlife.
In the afternoon, take the scheduled boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, watching for hippos, crocodiles, elephants and waterbirds. Return to the lodge afterward; additional crater-lake viewpoints depend on the available time.
Return to the lodge for a relaxed break before heading out after dark for a guided night game drive. Together, watch for nocturnal wildlife and listen to the sounds of the savannah before returning to the same lodge for the night. Sightings are never guaranteed; timing is arranged around dinner and confirmed with the park team, subject to conditions and guide availability.
