Founder story
My journey into tourism began long before I ever led a safari.
I started with 4:00AM market runs while working in hospitality. One morning, I watched a safari vehicle carrying international travelers and wondered: what does it take to earn that kind of trust?
That question became a direction. I learned the work from the ground up — washing safari vehicles, driving, then training professionally as a Ugandan guide.
Today, I stay close to every journey we plan: listening to what matters to you, checking the practical details, and shaping days that feel generous rather than hurried.
This is not a safari assembled from a template. It is Uganda, shared with the care I worked to earn.
In Luganda, gamba means “to speak” or “to tell.” That is the spirit behind our name: travel that helps you hear the story of a place, not simply pass through it.
From Bwindi’s misty forests to the savannahs of Queen Elizabeth and the quiet moments between them, we build journeys with space to look, ask, rest, and connect. The route matters; so does the way it feels.
