Day 1-2: Lake Mburo National Park

Lake Mburo National Park is the closest of all Uganda’s national parks to the capital city; located between Kampala and Mbarara City. The park is mainly accessed by road over a journey of approximately 228 kilometers.Lake Mburo National Park lies in western Uganda, a tranquil haven of rolling acacia hills and sparkling lakes. It’s one of Uganda’s smallest national parks ? but don’t be fooled, this place is full of life. You’ll find zebras, elands, hippos, and impalas grazing freely by the water. Day 3-4Bwindi Impenetrable

After breakfast at your lodge in Lake Mburo National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park: The Heart of Gorilla Conservation Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, located in south-western Uganda on the edge of the Rift Valley, is one of Africa’s most ancient and biologically diverse rainforests. Dating back over 25,000 years, this mist-covered jungle is home to an incredible 400 plant species and provides refuge to some of the world’s rarest wildlife.

Bwindi is most famous for being home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorilla population. These magnificent creatures, with their expressive eyes and gentle demeanor, have captivated the hearts of conservationists and travelers alike. Trekking through the dense forest to observe these majestic animals in their natural habitat is an unforgettable experience that highlights the importance of wildlife conservation.

Community Tour

This sightseeing Village tour showcases how life unfolds in a typical Ugandan village. This trail will enable you have a taste of the Ugandan village lifestyle. You will meet with locals of many different generations and see the way of life in this developing country. The highlights of this cultural walk include a visit to traditional healers or medicine man.

The Batwa Trail is unique in a way that it show-cases authentic culture of the original inhabitants of Mgahinga forest who’s lives mainly depended on the natural habitat. While exploring the trail, you experience the naturally endowed forest through a rare view point of the local people. The experience comes along with different unique demonstrations on how the pygmies used to extract local herbs that were used for healing different diseases, traditional ways of fetching water using locally made bamboo mugs and construction of grass huts

Day 5-6: Queen Elizabeth National Park

You’ll transfer to Queen Elizabeth the second largest National Park in Uganda located at the base of the massive Rwenzori Mountains, adjacent to lakes Edward & George, covered by savannah plains that provide an abundance of game viewing like elephants that trumpet when you get too close, lazy leopards laying in the sun, abundant gazelle and buck, lions, buffaloes, hippos and others.

Nestled in western Uganda, Queen Elizabeth National Park is the country’s most popular and diverse protected area. The park spans rolling savannas, sparkling crater lakes, lush forests, and the famous Kazinga Channel that connects Lakes Edward and George.

• In the morning, go in for a game drive in time to see the sun rise. You will search for all the wildlife in the park; Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Waterbuck, Leopard, Uganda Kob, Warthog etc later in the afternoon Go for boat cruise, Expect to see massive pods of hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffalo, and numerous bird species

• And later, for an evening game drive when the temperatures are cooler and animals are more active.

Day 7-8: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

After an early breakfast, Located in western Uganda, Kibale National Park is a tropical rainforest known as the “Primate Capital of the World.” The park protects over 13 species of primates, including chimpanzees, red colobus, L’Hoest’s monkeys, and the grey-cheeked mangabey. It's one of the best places in Africa for up-close chimpanzee tracking experiences. Kibale’s evergreen forest meets patches of savanna and wetlands, creating one of Uganda’s richest ecosystems. The park’s trails are also perfect for bird watchers and nature photographers. If you crave raw beauty and connection with nature ? Kibale delivers that and more.
